When we launched gnaan.ai, the mission fitted in a sentence: build AI systems the world can trust. Sentences like that are easy to write and hard to mean. Trust is not a feeling. It is a property you can evidence. An AI system is trustworthy when someone outside your organisation — a regulator, a customer, an auditor, an affected individual — can examine how it was built, governed and overseen, and reach their own conclusion. That standard is considerably higher than "we are careful".

- The gap is real and widening. Shadow AI is running in your organisation now. Template compliance does not survive an audit. The EU AI Act's calendar has moved but not away. Governance is a board obligation. And retrofitting costs a multiple of building it in.
